I am sorry but any testing of lens resolving power that relies on using a camera body, except where you can use the same sensor in both cameras (Film), is pointless. It tells you nothing about the lenses from different manufacturers made for different mounts that is comparable.
It tells you how a combination of a lens and a body operates as a whole, which is valuable.
However, if you want to look at the pure lens performance, that's what Lens Rentals bench testing is doing. It takes the camera out of the equation.
