Camlee, trust me, you will be more excited after you see your first shots. This lens is one I know for a fact will never be sold. It is just so good at everything it does. I liked it on my T3i, I LOVE it on my 6D.

funny you say that...I have thought that before...but lately I am wanting to make a change...and to make the change I would need to sell the good old 85...I am not so bothered by it now...its a great lens, and I suspect I would miss it...

Well i wanted to get out and shoot with it today but it was raining and just a nasty today all together. But i wanted to use it so bad i stayed in and shot some pictures inside. Well heres one of the first ones i got with it.

Agreed.

I can't wait to add this lens.

70-200 first (I have been shooting weddings), then gonna ditch the 85 1.8 and get this as the portrait prime. Soon.
