I heading to Newark and later over to JFK Airport area to work next week, I would like to get a night shot of Manhattan , where is the best and safest place to take a photo like this? I will have a car to travel.
Thanks

From what I've gathered via Google street view and some Flickr photos, Jersey City, specifically Castle Point Lookout and Maxwell Place Park, both have really nice views of the Manhattan skyline.
