Was my wife's driver and laborer in a neighboring county today doing REALTOR stuff. Coming back had a roadrunner pose on a post for me.

Great shots although he looks different on TV....

Fantastic. The few roadrunners I've seen were very skittish; never have managed a decent shot.

I like the fluffy feathers. I grew up seeing these bird often, but seldom see them now. Nice capture.

Thank you all for the nice comments and yes he does look different on TV. :)

This was done very quickly from my vehicle as I was driving down the road and I had to twist around since I was slightly past the post. I didn't want to back up and startle him. It was comical. I had many for the dumpster believe me. ;)

Nice set . RRs' are really neat to capture when chance given . The only good color is on the head but makes a good image .
