My initials are KM and I was trying to figure out ways I could "stylize" my name.

One thought was to flip the K so the pillars of my initials line up, like so

I think it may be too confusing rather than stylistic, though. What do you guys think?

I think I am overthinking it too much, but I'm getting rather annoyed! I'm so close to just picking a font I like and using
"KAITLYN MCLACHLAN"
"PHOTOGRAPHY"

It looks like it's supposed to be MK, but your designer screwed up and sent it to your inverted.

How about....

The K and the M share a common element, the "V". I bet there is a cool logo waiting to be found where the K and M are fused with that element.

Their initials are KM, not MK.

Please take this as a professional critique not a personal attack.
I find the logo to be unprofessional looking. The difference in the size of the letters is too great, the M is far too wide, the width of the strokes is too wide and the rounded ends make it seem like Comic Sans (the font of all evil).

It looks like the sort of font I would design, which, trust me, is not a good thing :( Sorry.

Gear Canon 5DIII + Fuji X-T2 + lenses + a plastic widget I found in the camera box.

Whats wrong with Comic Sans? ;)

How about your signature then? I am using that temporarily to see if I like it or not.

You want your logo to work for you. If someone sees KM or MR without anything else, how will they know who you are? You are better off with a "logo" that includes your full company name instead.
