This started as a 360 degree pano, but it ended up around 350. This is my families house up in Long Island, New York.

That is a beautiful image. I would love to hear something about your technique to capture this image; physical setup, shot(s) settings, in-camera settings, and post-processing. Care to share?

Keep up the incredible work!

Thanks :)

The setup is very basic, just tripod and camera, no special equipment. Have a look through this, the workflow I use on 99% of my panoramas: http://www.scribd.com …9/Red-Wreckoning-Workflow (external link)

Gave it a good read. Thanks! I noticed you made no mention of dealing with noise. Aren't the images sufficiently grainy at 10,000 ISO? What, if anything, do you do to deal with it?

Damn it, I really want to enter something but seeing as I shoot pano's exclusively this would be too hard to pick a fave.

The noise is quite negligible at 10,000 ISO so I don't really worry about it? I just add 30/30 noise and colour noise reduction :)

Here are some I shot in Santorini Greece. Wish Id thought to bring a better lens than my $10 Sigma UC 70-210 lol. View at full size to really explore the details, albeit a tad soft. Hey the boat was moving too so I mean come on.

Had a little bit of parallax error when I got to the right side of the boat.
