Sorry but they look like good fakes to me!
The black plastic on mine on the base are much more shiny.
One came in a new 5D3, from Wex, one came in a new 7D from Jessops, and one was a spare brought from Wex. Both are top trusted major Canon dealers - so I am positive That they would NOT sell fake cameras, and fake batteries.

Course it could be just your images, but they look more of a Matt plastic to me. And its the little things like that , which give away a fake eg the top is not super shiny - so the fake mfg, just goes with the one type of plastic finish.

Why did you ask - were they quite cheap? Or from a questionable source?
NB mine were bought in 2011 and 2012 and 2013. All look identical. If that helps.

Of course Canon could ? Have changed the design in 2014, or have different designs for different Countries ??

My original Canon LP-E6 batteries have different cautionary notes at the bottom (below the blue in the sticker).

They look no different finish-wise to me than what Canon is showing on the LP-E6 authentic battery on Rodney's link. The top one in his pic has a lot of light on it, but I don't see anything different at all really. There are some other subtle differences on the fakes that his pics don't seem to have. Not that fakes couldn't be REALLY close, but I just don't see anything at all that would indicate it's a fake.

His are the same as What Canon is showing as real, but those could change depending on a number of factors I would imagine.

If you have gold contacts in the LP-E6, it is probably more certain it is a factory OE. If you see silver contacts in the contact area, it most likely is an aftermarket. A couple look like they could be OE, and one looks like it might be a fake, but hard to tell with those pics.

my fake happened to have a different finish, slightly glossier. Another indicator was the thicker plastic rail

the bottom most actually LOOKS real. The RH1 looks like the same font, and 2INR19/50, some reason the fakes dont have that.

the date stamp looks like the correct font, but not sure, since it's crooked.

Are you planning to buy them, already bought them or what? Where are these from? One way to be "almost sure" they are not fake is to buy them from Canon.

I recently purchased a refurbished 70D direct from Canon. I doubt Canon would provide an aftermarket battery with the camera. I also just bought a second Canon battery from Adorama.

In comparing my 2 batteries they are identical to each other. In comparing them to your pictures I would say only the bottom one in the picture is genuine.

Both of mine have the coding "2INR19/50" in the upper right hand corner. And both have the Chinese symbols (words) just a bit below this code. Only your bottom battery contains these items. Both have a matt finish above with a smooth gloss finish on the lower portions. Both are clearly stamped with 2014 02 on the silver portion in about the same font size as your last battery.

I am no expert of course - just my opinion. Whether Canon normally has gold contacts I can't say as both of my LP-E6s have silver contacts. As do the Canon batteries that came with my 1D series cameras.

Both my 60D batteries purchased from B&H do not have the coding either. One came with the camera, the other with a genuine Canon packaging...

I've got two with different caution notices, both from B&H. In every other respect they are identical to each other and to the OP's examples except for the third one. My copies don't have the 2INR19/50 on the upper right. However, the Lp-E6 is a popular battery used by several Canon bodies over a number of years. Why should we assume the markings and text hasn't changed a bit over time? The bottom two seem to have gold contacts in the two lower slots, I can't be sure about the top image. There is nothing in the overall mold of the plastic that looks obviously out of whack. I've seen counterfeits that have subtle but easily identifiable mold differences.

I just took some shots of mine, which are also shiny plastic and the resulting images had a more matte look like the Op's. I think its just the lighting.
