I hope this is the right place to post this. I have lost 2 sales of a lens because I didn't get email notifications. Notifications have worked in the past. I happened to open POTN and got the pop-up notifications, albeit too late for the prospective buyers. I double-checked to ensure "instant email notifications" is selected in the for sale post.

Any one had this problem? Or any suggestions?

Thanks.

I haven't had that problem, but you could put best contact as your email address or check your PMs frequently.

This probably belongs in Forum Talk since is a question on the Forum function (alerts) and not an item for sale.

Good advice from Carpenter - if you've got something listed, you probably want to be checking here pretty regularly and respond ASAP to any inquiries.

Good luck with your sale.

Thanks for your replies. I am still curious why the email notifications stopped working.

Moderators, any comments or advice?

Thanks.
