http://salcincotta.com/ (external link) The font used in his name at the top.

I would love to use this font on my webpage....or something similar. Does anyone know what it is or where I can get it?

A couple of resources:

http://www.dafont.com (external link) - zillions of mostly-free downloadable fonts (though, most don't allow commercial use).

https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ (external link) - identify fonts used in an image. There's also a WhatTheFont app for iOS; you can save an image or take a picture of a font with your phone camera, and analyze it. Moderately useful, though for complex fonts it can get confused.

That does not seem to work for this case. Could I be doing something wrong?

That name is an image, not a text rendered with a web font. Looking at the double t's joined crossing it could be a custom vector graph derived from some font.

Getting the exact font is easier by emailing Salvatore and asking :)

One tedious way is to find something similar, like Arizonia, and use pages like

Actually, found it here: a custom logo design:
