SWEEEEET!!!!!!

And thanks again Allen!

Love that last one KoFe!

This was a bit of a challenging photo to get. I spent 3-4 hours trying to get a composition that I was happy with, but luckily the Sanderlings I was photographing were fairly co-operative.

It was worth for waiting to have bird so perfectly making this image great. Without it - not worth of waiting :)

From my first time shooting Ektachrome 100VS, I quite like the film:

Here's one of the first shots with my CV 35mm Color-Skopar! It's also the first photo that I edited with Lightroom 5, which I've been trying this week.

Allen the first two images are really beautiful - makes me think I should have went with the monochrom over the M. The detail in the wood and hardware are great.

Just picked up the Macro-Adapter M and paired it with my 50mm. This is full frame, not cropped. The adapter will allow you to get even closer. Now just need to save up for the 90mm it was meant for.

B.Toews - love your shot of the bird on the shoreline

AirfrogUSMC - i like the first two of your most recent post

Last Saturday i went to a Leica S workshop, run by my favourite local camera store.
I was really impressed with the S, it feels great in the hand, everything has been well thought out, and it is pretty simple to use.
I do prefer the M240 though, especially the files i shot with it on the day.
I think part of it is the S is very unforgiving with missing focus, and camera shake, in addition to being a camera i am not used too, and it showing up every flaw in my technique (which has been masked for years by IS lenses).
was a good day though, met some cool people, watched how others worked, and made some images i quite like.

heres three from the day, the first is with the S and 45 Elmarit, the other two are from the M240 and 50 Summarit
