I wasnt doubting that at all, just that the OP seems to want to lock in certain behaviors via contract and thats a stretch. If a model becomes uncomfortable with something a contract isnt likely to keep them on set.
I'm not trying to force anyone to stay on set or do anything they don't want to do. But I do want recourse to go after them financially for breaching the contract. If the model is uncomfortable doing the shoot or wishes to leave (for whatever reason) then I have no problem with that. But if I have $1000 invested in the shoot, I don't want them to have an "out" by claiming that they didn't know (or weren't clear on) the type of shoot they were getting into.
If we had an agreement, and the model understood that agreement, yet decided to breach that agreement, then I'm on good ground to go after them financially and have my contract hold up.
