Ill try and take a photo of the dust spec tonight when im home and post it. As I say though it doesnt seem to be effecting the image, just more worried about resale should I ever decide to sell it

Image isn't necessary if it just a standard speck. I thought you weren't sure what was in the lens so I was curious toe see;-)a Even though it doesn't effect image quality, having to state you have a lens scratch and a dust bunny would make lens a little less desirable IMO.

Thats what im thinking. I have emailed the seller and await his reply. Im not 100% it is dust although im thinking thats what it must be. Its just that its sort of elongated slightly.
