Need help restoring old photo

Can anyone please help me restore this old photo?

It's a little dark, the photo looks to have been bent (top right corner and top middle), and there is some sort of stain (brown circle) on it, looks maybe even burnt across the bottom.

I greatly appreciate the help.

Yep, unless this is all you have, I won't retouch it unless it was bigger and in .tif format.
