^^ Cheers both. Nothing particular in the steady stakes. 1/1000s does most of the heavy lifting. I also use a monopod when doing that sort of shoot - fitted with a wee Manfrotto head with the nut kept loose, so I can swing, tilt or swivel it in any plane instantly.
