I like the first two images. I'd clone out the nipple and couple wrinkles on the backdrop though.shintarodesign (external link) (external link)

I like the third shot (bottom middle). Nicely exposed, nice pose and expression, and he is engaging more with the viewer in this one.

I agree #3 is most engaging but the dark side of his face is too dark by a bit. Lighting in#1 is very dramatic. Love it

Did you smooth the skin? I'm on a small screen so it is hard to tell, but I'm not a fan of smoothing guys skin. Just my personal taste.

I like the shot with the headphones the best. But I don't like his expressions in these shots. He has the same smirk (half smile) and it just isn't working, especially with the dramatic lighting. By the way, very interesting exposures in your Flickr balancing ambient and flash! Great job!

As to the expression, I was thinking similar thoughts. What is his website trying to accomplish?

Make it three as far as his expression goes... Too "weak" for the lighting and leather. Also, in the first shot, he was looking too far off to the side. When you have the person turn to the side, have them look straight forward, unless it is to have them look back at you...then the sideways glance is ok. IMO

Personally, I think the kicker is too hot. In the first image, I find it especially distracting as it wanders across his neck. Otherwise, these are very nice.
