If you're willing to deal with buying from Canada (if you're not Canadian) there's:

http://www.cameracanada.com …d=spprice&said=pp26316674 (external link)

Per canonpricewatch this dealer is canon authorized:

http://www.canonpricewatch.com …ler-and-two-bundle-deals/ (external link)

FYI, if you pay by Paypal, the price is ~$2100. For some reason Paypal didn't let me use most credit cards for this one so I had to go through their native site, which only shows how much CDN is charged, so I dunno the actual USD amount yet 'till it shows up on my credit card.

At this point the orders are already backordered, so who knows when your order will ship. But I figure this deal was so amazing I couldn't pass it up.

Very tempting. I really wanted to see some reviews of actual users before buying but this is a heck of a deal.

Note, not that this is my intent, but the prices are so good that u can sell these separately for a profit if u don't want them.

One thing though... Their return policy only allows for 7days. So better beat on them immediately after receipt.

Very tempted. Been debating between this and the 6d since I want better low light/high iso performance. May have to pull the trigger and sell the 24-70 to get this new body for an unreal price...

As Jake said, losing strength...can't take the strain!!!!

Well, you won't make a profit, you will simply reduce your cost basis for the 7D2. Also, depending on how they ship (what service), you could get tagged with the import fees once the carrier shows up at your door. If they use Canada Post -> USPS, you won't, but UPS will from the other thread discussing this deal.

I ordered mine on the 21st which was supposedly the last day to be in on their initial batch of 7D's. I selected the option to be invoiced by them through Paypal. A couple days ago I got the invoice and it was $2094. I'm assuming the current CAD to USD conversion rate will play a part in the final price tag.

Camera Canada's default shipipng is via USPS 3-5 Day, and when shipping this way, US customers have never incurred tax, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees. (Sample size: >300 this year.)

Nice, when I looked at ordering there, I couldn't tell how it was going to get here. Thanks! I cannot find the deal there now though.

I was under the impression that the deal ended yesterday. I was somewhat hesitant as I sent them an email last week asking about the shipping, exchange rate, taxes, etc and never received a response. Tried calling yesterday as well during the early evening and never got to a live person. Warning flags but CPW shows them as legit so I pulled the trigger. Received a confirmation of my order but no other correspondence. Checked on status via link on the email confirmation and shipping status shows unavailable. Intentions are to sell the lens for $750 to make my final cost around $13xx.

Yeah they are kinda fishy. I can't find where to login either to check status. Anyway I did Google them and there are no negative reports. Also some people call them the bh or adorama of Canada and that they are legit. Guess maybe we spoiled here.

Allright, mine says "Back ordered" shipping status. Order status just says pending. Ordered late Oct 21st.
