I do all my raw processing through photoshop and always have. Such a learning curve for me with both the 40D-->7d II and CS5-->DPP. Hopefully I will get the hang of this. I swear I feel like I did 6 years ago when I picked up my first DSLR. I would like to share my photo from this morning, but cannot figure out how to grab images from flickr. Havent used it in year and they've changed that on me as well lol There might be some help in these tutorials, I don't use flickr myself so can't help directly. My Photography Home Page

Also the batteries definitely seem to drain faster on the Mark II vs. my 60D. But that is expected, because of the dual CPUs and AF working so much harder/faster. GPS takes alot of juice as well. You can set the position update interval to the max 5 mins to help with that. Or of course, turn it off when not needed.

I tried using the 50 1.8 II and my 135 F/2, which arent super fast normally, but they seemed to be pretty darn quick on the Mark II. My Flickr page - https://www.flickr.com/photos/86957042@N07/

Earliest snow fall on record. Its funny because when I bought my 40D 6 years ago, I woke up the next morning and it was snowing, ran outside with no idea what I was doing and shot some pretty crappy photos. I ran out this morning and did basically the same thing lol. Ok, so maybe my first batch off the 7dII aren't AS BAD as those first off the 40D, but I definitely need to learn this camera. ![]() After noise reduction and some edits IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/pBsbhs ![]() My Flickr
