Lucky, lucky you.

How about New Harmony, Indiana next time?

Thanks for letting me know about New Harmony. Looks pretty fantastic. I'll have to check it out sometime.

liking this a lot

Thanks!

I think it comes off simple and tranquil, as opposed to some of the grand scale landscape panoramas that I have taken. I hope I can re shoot this same scene sometime in the fall (this was last Jan) to get more fall color contrasts and warm reflections. I found one of the greatest challenges of using this lens is that I would get tunnel visioned on finding the must-have "wow factor" grand vista, and miss quite a few scenes like this as the TSE sat in the bag

+1, very nice shots, especially this one.

@Tareq - Those Lee filter caps really won't come off on their own. I use them all the time - in the bag, on the shouldered tripod etc. They are really useful for less time adding/removing the adapter rings and as a bonus - about the cheapest thing in the entire Lee range!

Aside from Richard Meier's Athenium and Philip Johnson's iconic Roofless Church, there are many interesting modest yet historical buildings on site.
It is a interesting community in terms of its origins if you are historically and/or socially inclined.

If it's in focus, it's pornography, if it's out of focus, it's art.

yep i fall into that catagory. I'm always looking for pano shots with my head up, no doubt I've walked past countless scenes that would have made lovely shots at ground level.

Thanks bud. :)

The second one below was an extreme test of the lens - 7 stitched shots and it still manages to be edited in post and retain sharpness and lack of distortion. This lens is just so so flexible it's ridiculous.
