It's soft. The focal point is the blown out arm. Choose another, or re-shoot.

From the updated series, I like #2 the most and I love her smile, hair and general look in #3, but for some reason I don't care for the arm placements, but that could just be some quirk with me. Oh, and her eyes...I don't think there could be a bad photograph of her.
