Feel free to contribute. The idea is simple: portraits taken outside at night. No flash.

I really like this, can't accuse you of not being colorful enough! Gorgeous all around. :)

Is she wearing green face makeup? She looks so green as green as her clothes.

@HappySnapper90: Nope, that's just the processing :) I opted for the DxO FilmPack 3 Kodak film effect and scaled it down until we both (her and I) liked the result. I felt it was worth sacrificing realism for a particular look/feel.

I'm not a fan of the processing. Face is very green and eyes are overly processed. Just my opinion though.

I'm concerned for those who suggest the face is VERY green that their monitors aren't calibrated. It's shifted just a smidgen toward green--well within even a conservative notion of artistic license.

In past I was also fan of fast primes without flash, i still have the fast primes, but learning to master the light is very important.
I like clean sharp faces without noise, with flash, reflector, whatever and slow shutterspeed to keep the background so that it isn't dark... this is something to think about...

I would love to see more examples of this type of photography. Weather it is using flash or no flash. It would be interesting.

What are the exposure details (iso etc) - if you don't mind sharing.

I have a calibrated monitor and while I don't think it's VERY green, it's definitely noticeably green (a smidgen too much IMO). Really nice image though.

Thanks for all the comments, guys!

As far as the greenish cast is concerned, this may well be my own monitor. I do things on a fairly cheap laptop, so maybe I am the one not seeing the colors properly

Chrome shows a green tint. IE does not. I think it's because the latter is color-managed, whereas the former is not.

So what is illuminating the face in these images - lamplight?
