My 5DIII arrived yesterday. Loving it so far. Really liking the orientation based AF points, its nice to be able to switch to portrait and have the AF point preset at a different position. Also loving the ISO capability. When I had a 5D2 1600-3200 was my max. The shot below is 1600 and its clean!

Anyway, new camera = cat photo

Thanks John. The weight is taking a bit of getting used to, not that its heavy but I sold my 5D2 at the start of the year and have been using mirrorless bodies since.

AF question - What would be the best AI Servo AF Case for a toddler running about?

I would say #5 ... "Figure skaters, animals, kids, hockey, motorsports, with Auto AF point selection, bird in flight. Track erratically moving subjects. Use with more than one AF point. Faster switching from AF point to AF point. Set Tracking Sensitivity to Middle, Speed Change Tracking to 0, AF point Switching to +1 or +2"

So tell me again how there is not a reliable and easy way to get the shot count from a 5dIII. I used a utility for the 5DII and it worked but not on the mark III. WTF?
