Saynora, Zeiss 35mm. You served me well.

My favorite shot with it thus far. It may seem a bit dark, but it is exactly how I remember it in person. It was towards the end of a severe thunderstorm and the sun was peeking out between the thick, dark clouds and the horizon. It was pouring like mad.

That's a beautiful image very subtle with the light, superb. I love the sun reflection off the building, very nice.

It would look fantastic on a 20x16 canvas (or bigger) and hung proud on a wall.

That's my favorite lens

I bought this lens to replace the Samyang 35mm that I was using. I'm used to manual focusing so that was an easy transition and I'm loving this lens. Small, light, and top-notch quality. I can't wait to properly break it in this summer with a bunch of trips planned. Here is a quick shot from last weekend in Eastern Washington.

Appreciate the comment! I rarely ever shoot wide open (unless I'm doing astro stuff) so this lens will generally live F/8-11. I hear awesome things about the 1.4 though! Zeiss stuff is just awesome.

This thread doesn't seem too active. Here's another with the 2/35 that I got a few days ago in Central Oregon. 3-shot vertical pano for a file resolution of ~50mp.

I'm a bit humbled putting this one up next to so many great pictures, but it gave me an excellent sense of depth. Shot from on top of Windy Ridge facing away from Mt St. Helens toward Spirit Lake. SOOC, f/2 @ 1/8000.
