Lovely to see so many great photos being posted in here recently and a great variety of subjects too :) It's been a while since I've had any decent time out with my camera, but took a stroll round a local lake at the weekend and got a few birds....

The Bunting is wide open at 600mm, where this lens is not supposed to be sharp! ;)

I have seen plenty of people complain about this lens wide open at 6.3, but I just don't think it is bad at that F stop. This blue jay was about 35 feet away and at 6.3 I still think it turned out reasonably sharp.
