I did get the kit, as I have no current canon lenses and I could use a walk around lenses for day time shooting. I'm trying to track down a copy of the Sigma 18-35 but seems like most places are back ordered on the Canon version.
Reason I ordered from B&H instead is I've been a long time customer of them and they've yet to do me wrong, as evidenced by their matching my request. quite a number of times I've ordered something from them and a few days later saw that they were giving free items or a rebate of sort and I emailed them and they matched it.
Also had about $80 in gift cards with them and since i live in NJ, I pay no tax from B&H, but get charged by Adorama, saving another $150.
Got ya. I ordered from Adorama as they had the kits in stock on release day - the next week they started the Cam Ranger promo and they matched it for me, which was awesome.
I had the old 18-135 and sold it with my 60D, and I kinda missed that FL. Getting it back in the new improved STM form made the kit a pretty easy decision this time around, especially now with the CamRanger bundled in, that thing is pretty slick and the app is WAAY better than Canon's EOS Remote.
