Whinchat or stonechat?? Taken in November in Norfolk, UK.

Tough one and I am no expert but I would say stonechat not least because the whinchat is a summer visitor and would normally have left for Africa by November. There will be some on this forum far more qualified than me to give you an answer though. Whichever, it is a great picture!

Stonechat. The buff colouration is solid for the whole underside, whereas on a whinchat it would fade, the colour being mainly on the upper part of the breast. Also, as Mike has said, it would be very unusual to see a whinchat here at this time of year.
