I just purchased this deal. I already bought a 6d kit through an authorized dealer with the CPW deal earlier this week with the $300 rebate. Does anybody know if I would qualify for the additional $350 combo rebate? Or would the camera and printer need to be purchased together? Thanks.

Camera and printer would need to be purchased together.

Ok. That's what I was thinking. Still a great deal, though.

Now it's on backorder, but you can still order it. In the past, MPEX has worked with Canon to make sure that the rebate worked even when the printer was received past the rebate submission deadline, i.e. they had Canon extend the rebate submission deadline. I haven't talked to them about it this year.

I purchased one last year, the deal was not quite as good...MPEX over sold like this year. I decided to wait for the printer and rec'd it in mid January. MPEX gave me an updated Canon rebate form. I sent that in and Canon denied it! I contacted MPEX and in 24 hours, they had it straightened out. I got a nice surprise when the rebate card arrived, it was $100 more than it was supposed to be - no explanation, so don't know if it was a simple mistake or a bonus...

Anyhow, MPEX customer service was great.

Mine arrived safe and sound. Setting it up right now.

30 minutes later... up and running. Remember to set it up with the USB cable first. This thing rocks! Beautiful prints so far.

I got my Canon Pixma PRO-10 today but no paper and more importantly no receipt showing Canon Pixma PRO-10 with paper listed so I could get the $250 rebate. Anyone else have this problem. I contacted MPE via email but so far no response.

Did you check for the paper in the bottom of the box? The receipt is usually on the side of the box in one of those clear plastic pockets.

Yup, checked all sides and no plastic pouch and no Canon printer paper. I wonder if the box with the printer paper will arrive later with the receipt. I never even got a "your stuff shipped" email The printer just showed up at my door yesterday via UPS...

That's unusual. It sounds like they made a mistake because I've never seen the paper come separately. I never get shipping emails from them either. I'm sure they will fix everything. They have excellent customer service.

I received mine about a week ago and they included four extra packs of Pro Premium Matte 13x19 (20 Sheets) of paper. My receipt was on the side of the box with the Pro Luster 13x19 (50 Sheets) listed. Great company, they will make it right.

All is well. They responded to my email on the next business day and sent me a new "pdf" invoice. The Canon paper was in the bottom of the printer box. I hadn't removed the printer yet so I missed that. I'm very pleased and would definitely buy from them again.
