I do like that the thread's original poster's avi labeled. Its helps to see who started the thread. In some instances I wish the font had a little more weight to it. But, overall I'll find how to re-navigate around. PTONers are not really known for being adaptive or liking change, but they'll be ok. Change is good.

Agreed and I'm glad to see a positive thread here, there are so many good and better than good aspects of AMASS. You are correct, change is good, this forum and most all of it's members are great.
It is all really quite easy, like anything new, it must be learned....

I love that the forum is updated/updating. If you stick with the old and never change, you will never bring in newer generations of readers, you will be stuck with people who found the site in the early 2000s. Change is good and important, and photographers, artists and business-minded both, should know that! Bravo in trying to improve and make big changes! We should all be pushing ourselves to do the same.

The new layout is very good. Still needs a little tweaking, like most things new developed things, but it does beat vBulletin.

Speaking of tweaks, it'd be nice to have strikethrough text.

UPDATE: Ooooo, we do! Never mind. :-D

Agree with all above. There are a few positive threads. Good to see.

I like how things have morphed since the roll-out. Looking very good now and lots of positive input from users.

The User Interface on a public portal is always the worst challenge. And for a one-man-show I think Pekka's doing an outstanding job.

I was going to make a thread about positive things on AMASS. but we can use this. POSITIVES ONLY and NO NEGATIVES :P

I like the drop down menu on the followed threads. it makes searching through your followed (subscribed) threads much easier. not sure if it was on the old one but if it is, AMASS made it more easy.

I am liking clicking in the left margin to get to the top of the page more and more. Very handy.

I love it all -- but especially the Activity Tracker and the Auto-Refresh!

You know it's in the right margin of the page as well, right? :)

I thought I had tried on the right and had not seen the hand, just tried again and it does work in both margins.

I really like this feature. I'm able to click followed thread link and then jump to the top when done to check the next one. Very handy.

There is nothing i don't like about AMASS. Great job Pekka. But I'm one that adapts to change very easily.

You don't even have to do that! Just look for the grey bar at the top of the window and click that, it does the same thing if you have new notifications!
