Drove up to Napa the day after Thanksgiving to take some family pics. Had the treat of meeting Beth Nickel herself, she was riding her bike and even opened the gate for us at Far Niente Winery so we could take some pictures. What a nice lady. Hope u guys like the pics.

I used mostly a Canon 200L F2.

May I ask how much editing on the face?

Is the bokeh natural or was it enhanced in post production?

It is natural, other than running Portraiture on the default setting.

May I ask how you ensure that the colours remain so accurate in every photo? I am colorblind and struggle when PP raw images. I always try to take the WB eye dropper tool and click on white areas in the image but results constantly vary and I usually need my wife to lend her eyes to make sure skin tones aren't redish, blueish....etc. I own the Expodisc 2.0 but perhaps I'm doing something wrong because it doesn't yield the most consistent results. I recently purchased the colorchecker passport, hoping this would be the answer, and it very well may be, I just need to figure it out. Perhaps others can shed some light on this topic as well.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Amazing shots, all of them! I love the colors!

Are some of these considered bokeh-panoramas? The 3d-ish look to many of them is crazy (in a good/interesting way).

Thank you for sharing!

(edit) ok, I just looked at your Flickr... I love your shots of the teal shirt photographer!!! Your other stuff is pretty good too ;-)a
