That is some great lighting! Great pose also. I'm wondering if you could have lowered the ambient by a stop or two to darken the sky?

Thanks! Yeah I agree about the sky... I didn't have HSS capability with this setup, so I used a 2 stop ND filter to kill some of the ambient, but not enough. :-)

I have a 4 stop ND and at times of extra bright days I find that I need a couple more stops. Especially when I'm at f/1.4. Great lighting nonetheless!

Thanks again everyone! Overall I chose to sacrifice the sky for the look of the rest of the image. Very happy with it. :-)

I like the shot also...model looks great, nice expression and pose. Love the open vest, but some would suggest posting this in G&N section.
