The rides out from Sam's Tours were long. Also, everyone goes to the same spots. With a liveaboard there is more flexibility in where you go.

I believe we are diving with Fish 'N Fins and staying in Koror at PRR. I hear mixed reviews about both but I am pretty good at having fun regardless. Just got my UW gear wet for the first time in two years in Bonaire last week and will continue tuning it in Cozumel next month before the Palau trip. Owning a few different DSLRs I am inspired by the images a lowly Rebel can make when you light the scene correctly. It is all about the light, not DXO or any of that stuff. Composition, lighting, settings and hitting the shutter button at the right time are what really matter. 6D, 60D, 100L, 24-105L, Sig 150-500, nifty 50, EF-S 60mm, Tam SP70-200 f/2.8 Di VC, Underwater gear T2i in a Watershot housing with Inon S2000 strobes.
