Not sure if they will be the cheapest, but if your going to be in town why not go check out the B&H store or Adorama brick and mortar stores?

Hannakuh runs until sundown 12/24 so I suggest you check hours on places like B&H and Adorama. Good possibility they are closed.

B&H is worth a visit. They are only closed on Christmas and every saturday. So they should have you covered.

Yes, check out bh but as far as price/value, see if you can order from Amazon to either your hotel or an Amazon locker nearby. (Of course if you're visiting from outside the U.S., fx rates and foreign transaction fees may make the Amazon price higher)
