I think the prop blur is pretty good. At least it is not frozen. Nice capture. Those things are fast. Reminds me of a model car race I shot several years ago. Which Case# did you use for that. I'm stumped as how you achieve this level of detail with the settings shown, as it blows away what I've been able to get with my 60D and that lens. Even the shots on your feed using the older camera are excellent

Cheers Gus I missed this. I sent the 7D2 to Canon just to be sure the AF was functioning properly. They stated that they made some adjustment to AF system because it showed some front focusing, which confirms what I saw during the Dot Tune AF. The adjustment suggested by Dot tune (post Canon visit) was 5 or 6, but I went with 6, so the adjustment changed about 45% (using +5) from the original Dot Tune AF adjustment of +9. I also noticed that the 400 5.6 with 1.4x was withing the parameters of the maf (i.e. -20 to +20) where before it was not, so the adjustment seems to have tightened the "within spec" parameter. I will get a chance to try it out with some fishing Eagles tomorrow, hopefully they oblige me with some shots. Gear

I'll dial it down more firmly tomorrow and adjust for a 1.4x also. I sent mine in to Canon for AF adjustment. (see comment above^^^^) Gear
