I picked up a Filson small field bag for my Leica M Monochrom and I really like it. I put a bottom from another bag in the bottom. Thin layer of foam across the entire bottom and then about 2 or so inches with a cut out for the lens to go down into. 10 X 9 X 4....

Here are some photos

Dynamic range test...very good i think:

Before and after. Leica M + Zeiss Sonnar 50 ZM

Develop in LR 5, push the shadows to maximum and some contrast/color adjustments.

I am not positive but it looks like it is for the EVF.

Not for the Monochrom !
EVF only works with the M240

My guess is spare battery

Before and after. Leica M + Zeiss Sonnar 50 ZM

Does your Sonnar ever drive you crazy with the focusing? I know mine does sometimes, since it isn't optimised for focusing at f/1.5 where it back focuses. I'm learning to compensate with my technique, but still, it can be frustrating.
Still, I love the classic rendering and the colours I get from that lens.

M + Canon 50/1.2 LTM:

Over 2 meters, mine tend to front focus a little bit. If the subject is in 1,5-2m range, it's spot on. Maybe my focus techique is not good enough, still learning :).

To keep this thread going I guess I could post some of my recent events.

Shot of a small Old Ellicott City town near me. Great for food and small shops.
