Thanks very much Al. This is what I worked so many years for.

Nice set Ian. That Pelican seems to be looking right at you as he sails by. Enjoy the weather.
I think he was, Don.....And I will. It was mostly cloudy today but supposed to clear up tomorrow.

Excellent set Ian.
Don't know if you had a chance to see it yet or not, but one of O&H's eggs hatched this afternoon. We now have E5 in the nest.
. Enjoy your visit!!!
Thanks, yes, I saw the hatching in progress online, and actually I was in the area so dropped by the nest mid afternoon.....saw nothing! Harriet apparently was in the nest, Oz must have been away fishing.

Very nice series, Ian.Last winter you were kind enough to respond to my PM about birding in SW FL - will be back down on Marco Island for a week in early February and looking forward to doing more. Last winter, my longest lens was 300mm on the 7D. Now I have 600mm of reach, just have to learn how to use it well
Wow, you will be in heaven with 600 mm! I am only here for a month this year, so I'll be gone unfortunately by the time you get here. Have fun with that new gear though!
