I held one of these at a Best Buy today and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed. When this one came out I didn't give it much of a look because imo the NEX 6 and 7 were very unappealing to hold and shoot with in my opinion, but the a6000 is a noticeable departure and step in the right direction. Crazy how cheap you can get them for too.

Check for open boxes at best buy. Here they are marked down to $389 for the kit. at a couple different stores. And on top of that another 10% off open boxes. I bought 2 so far! My store even let me buy the 55-210 at the bundle price of $150.

I'd definitely be tempted to pick one up at that price... hmmm....

I remember when ISO 400 was a push and ISO 3200 was useless, this camera amazes me every time I use it.

Nothing interesting to share since I don't own this camera just yet. Just a high ISO sample. Converted from RAW. 1/60th f 1.8 ISO 16,000. LR sharpenning at 60, NR 20. I have shot portrait at 25,600 and it was totally acceptable, don't have that sample handy unfortunately.
IMHO high iso looks better than my 5D mII. Lots of grain but it's very fine and doesn't kill the detail so you can push it little bit more
