these are really gorgeous images, and I also like 2 even better than 1. The crop in 1 looks ok to me. Love the model's styling with the knee highs and unlaced boots. However, she should not be wearing the coiled rubber band bracelet on her wrist....doesn't add to her styling at all.

Nice shot in #2. To me, the difference is partly due to the crop, but mainly the clear, sharp focus of her in #2, where only the background is blurred. I also admire your timing to get her foot in mid step in #2.

If you are going to work with #1, also clone out the dark spot on the edge of the frame to the right of her left thumb. Part of the vehicle, I suppose.

Outdoor I only use AL. No speedlight, no reflector...but a I will use a reflector in future.
Processing? Hmm...difficult :D
Maybe, what you like is that I use blue tones....blue gradiation curve: I increase the highlights (left, down) and reduce the shadows (right, above)....but not too much...this gives you a little creamy vintage look.
Also in CameraRaw I increase the saturation in the highlights.
I hope my english was good enough, that you could understand what I meant :-P
-edit- as I see, you are german? Like me... :D
