Sure it was below zero, but this sunrise was not going to shoot itself.

Gotta like this one. Very nice balance with the foreground and background. Without that wonderful coloured sky this would just be a "very" cold looking shot. VERY nicely done.

Cool (pardon the pun), sunrise. 10 Below without windchill factor? I don't function well in those temps. We've had a few of them recently, with windchills at 20 below. Was born on 1st day of winter, and I hate winter. Gimme 70-80 deg weather all year long and I'm a happy camper. :-)

Yeah -10 sucks...there was very little wind that morning so wind-chills were only around -18 or so. I actually failed this morning. I did not have my camera with me and as I left for work I saw my first sun pillar from the rising sun. By the time I went back and got my camera the phenomenon was over. So this is my secondary shot. As for 70's all day every day. Yup, me too.
