Is there a specific rumor you're referring to? The URL you provided is to the main page which is constantly changing.

The second sentence refers to "file size" so I'm pretty sure it goes about the 52Mpix (5Dc?) that is to be expected somewhere this year.

Personaly I'm worried too that PS won't be equiped to handle the big files.
Even with the 5DIII-pix I often find PS to have "inadequate" tools, like pen and gum. Even in their biggest setting they prove not to be soft enough to clean up edges. I often turn to alternative tools.

Maybe a mid-size-camera user here would be kind enough to enlighten us.

Greetings from Ghent,

Alain

Used to be that "kit camera" meant body + lens. Maybe now it will have to be body + computer, like 5 TB storage, 32 GB RAM and another 2 GB on the graphics card.

I'm ready! Here's my new editing system. It's up and running, and ready for larger files.

27" iMac w/ 5K Display
i7 4.0 GHz processor w/ 32 GB of RAM
M295X Graphics Card w/ 4 GB of Video RAM
512 GB Internal SSD
20 TB Thunderbolt RAID 5 array

Whenever they get here, I'm ready to throw larger files at it!

Bryan
