A lower than usual tide and a great sunset on Thursday combined for some interesting shots. Victoria Beach.

Very nice, flunky51!...Excellent timing on the second one. I especially like how the crashed wave frames the setting sun, and the pink highlights on the water.

I love surf crash so naturally #2 is my favorite. The explosion happens right where the sun is.

I like the picture too. I think there is some post processing to get the frames around the setting sun...either that or a rare chance in a million that the splash would just happened like that.

It was that rare chance in a million, with some pp to bring out the highlights in the foreground. Nothing about the spray was added or subtracted.
