What is a far price for a 1D IV with under a 100k clicks?
I've been watching e-bay. A number of 1d4's are listed. Prices range from $1500 to $3200 for body. The higher cost ones appear to have the lower shutter counts. Do you have one for sale?

I have seen a number of nice 1d4's posted on FM for about the same price as a new 7DII. $1800-1900. Just Sports Photography

Good way to sum it up. To be honest, I havn't been able to convince myself to even try leaving my 1div at home to use my 7d on a shoot. The IV is just so much better. I did notice however, that the AF didn't seem to be 'ready' so to speak out of the box. It took me quite a bit of adjusting settings to my liking to get what I liked. Also had to Microadjust (which I've never had to do before with any other body) but once I did, I started getting the clearest-sharpest shots I've ever taken. |Sony A7 / Sony 35mm 2.8|

Certainly, if one would be cropping down the 1D4 to APS-c sensor size. The 1D4 can only be expected to do better, noise-wise, if you use the whole frame or most of it at the same ISO, and it can't do the same, pixel-resolution-wise in any situation.

I love the 5DIII especially for portraits and want to try and keep the shutter count down. That said there really is something about the 1D series camera I love. The colours out of my 1DIII are different to the other two. I will keep the 1dIII and drag it out every now and again, its really not worth selling it at the prices they go for these days. The 7DII once you get a handle on the settings is a great camera FUJI XT3 CANON 5D3 & a bunch of lenses for both

You actually feel like the sliders in LR are doing something. It was the same on the 1D3 too. Don't know what it is to be honest, but I'm now thinking of selling my 5D3 for another 1DIV it's that good.

Found one on Ebay and am also in the boat for a new camera, was considering the 7Dm2 / 70D. I think that will be a normal price for a second hand copy , with that amount of clicks. Canon gear:
