This!

Perhaps a higher than 1/250s minimal shutter speed in Av mode with Auto Iso?

This is what I want too. Guess I'll let it pass then!

Anyone uses non-oem batteries with the new updates? Does it still work?

My old clone batteries still works. The battery indicator shows the icon, but it no longer indicates how much energy is remaining.

I know it's not mentioned but does this tweak the exposure as originally mentioned or not?

Try Partial metering instead of Evaluative in camera, that seems to have fixed my underexposing issue. I also changed ETTL metering to Average which also made a huge difference in my flash exposures.

Has anyone noticed a difference between 1.3.3 and the previous firmware version?

I've always thought the 5DIII under-exposed so I'll be very happy with this upgrade! I have the exposure compensation set to +2/3 most of the time.

I always ETTR ( circa .25 of a stop ) so no problem here , if that is the case.
