If the 60D is working fine for you, get a 6D.
Well maybe. Do you work professionally, at least sometimes, and need a back-up? If so, is the 60D sufficient as a back-up? Do you have lenses for the 5DIII? If not, add about $2000 to the price for at lease two L lenses.
I went through the same questions with my 50D and choose the 7DII over the 6D. The technology of the 50D is a bit behind the 60D but the build of the camera is much better. I decided to first have the newest crop technology available in a pro body that can do almost anything and then, all going well, I may go FF.
Since getting the 7D, the biggest surprise is how much PP can bring out of the RAW files. I can get much more from a 7DII file than from a 50D file. It's a superb camera. But then so is the 5DIII. Good luck with your decision. Whichever you choose, don't look back - just learn the camera and make good images. Both of them are much more than the 60D.
