These look really good, Meglet! Are any of them JPEGs? I'm really curious to see some 70d JPEGs SOOC. These have such beautiful color tones and great clarity. I understand your situation with the 24-105. I use my 70D with 15-85 way more than my 6D with 24-105. So much that I'm seriously wondering if I want to keep the 6D. Don't start screaming everyone! :-P I know you will all think I'm crazy. The 6d is a wonderful camera. But I'm so pleased with it the 70D that I'm just not using the 6D much anymore.

Why should you choose? Keep 'em both ))

Nice skies Eryk.

I second that. Very beautiful. And some people say you can't get a decent landscape photograph with a crop camera. Those photos sure prove them wrong.

Very nicely done.

Eryk,
What a beautiful colors and amazing pictures. I just fell like dust off my camera and start taking pictures again. Very inspiring landscapes from 70D even though every one recommends 6D.

Thank You

I'm starting to realize more and more how important it is to expouse correctly. ISO 8000 can look better than ISO 4000 depending on exposure!

These are both ISO 5000 without any noise reduction at all. I think they look great for being at sucha high ISO.

I took a bunch of pictures yesterday with snow, sun, bright skies, shadows, and figured I'd be post processing stuff for years (or days anyway) trying to balance everything out, and for the most part very little tweaking was required. I think this sensor is pretty good in spite of how people like to gripe about Canon versus Sony/Nikon. Anyway, here is one up near Loveland Pass.

I do shoot RAW. However I have some clients that need images quickly transferred directly to them for uploading to their website. RAW is not needed for this and JPEG works beautifully. I also often shoot JPEG for sports, for the same reason. So I have more uses for JPEG than HDR. Anyway, back to my original comment. I'm really curious to see some 70d JPEGs SOOC.
