Can anyone ID this for me? I am guessing it is some type of lobster but I am not sure.

Agree. It's a crab that uses someone else's shell as it's home.

Thanks guys. I never knew there were saltwater Hermit Crabs before. However, once you guys pointed it out, it seemed obvious.

From my good memories of travel to Cyprus and South coasts of Turkey, I remember abundance of salt water herm crabs enjoying the crystal clear Mediterranean water.
