Did a search here and got zero results. So guessing the White-tailed Hawk has not been posted before. In the CONUS, only seen in SE Texas. The local birding lady, who conducts a weekly birding tour, first spotted them and was quite excited! They aggressively attacked a Harrier that came near and she thought maybe they had a nest in the area.
The image quality is fairly poor-they were not much more than a speck in the sky, so huge crops and lots of pp/sharpening just so you can tell the head from the tail
