Mahalo paloika.

Unfortunately this pic was taken with a mobile phone hence the poor quality, but it is a photo of a tattoo that my daughter had done on her ribs during our last trip to Hawaii in July 2014. We have fallen deeply in love with the Hawaiian Islands, but most of all, the Aloha spirit and the Hawaiian people's love and commitment to families and each other. My daughter thought an "Ohana" tattoo would be the ideal way for her to show her love and loyalty to our family. She had wanted to get this tattoo done for several years, but refused to get it done anywhere else other than in Hawaii.

I took this photo on the summit of Mauna Kea Mountain which is roughly about 4,500 metres high . There is no smog or pollution at that altitude and the last rays of sunlight poking through the clouds really are this bright and colourful.
