My first editorial with local model Ashlei Lasha for Black History Month. The series commemorates the pain and struggles of the American civil rights movement of the 1960's, then shows modern day images of a strong, confident and successful young black woman. This woman understands and appreciates the sacrifices of her ancestors, and is making their hopes and dreams come alive.

The model's feet in the last one look a little funny

Did you clone out her shadow or something?

Other then that I like the 3rd one best out of the b&w
