I posted in the focus issues thread, thought I would post here as well. I was finally able to get out and do some shooting after I received my camera back from Canon with the common "electrical adjustment". I am much happier now, not getting the odd focus being way off, then hit, then way off when shooting static subjects. Now I just have to get familiar with the different focus options and cases. For now I have af-on set to ai-servo, 9 center points, and case 2. I also have * set to ai-servo, all 65 points (with center 9 as starter points), and case 4. I had much better luck with using all 65 points with tracking ducks coming in for landing.

Nothing special about these, just happy things are working much better after having Canon work on it!
