The more I read the more I'm getting confused so I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm expanding my flash capabilities and I'm looking for a flash that satisfies the following (in no particular order) ...

1. TTL (mostly because I understand that you need this to be able to fully control the flash from the YN622-TX)
2. HSS
3. 2nd curtain
4. External power socket
5. Works with Yongnuo 622c triggers

Currently I have a 430 EXII and a couple of Yongnuo 560 II's. I'm pretty happy with the Yongnuo stuff, works well and a good price so I've been looking at their current line up. I can't seem to find one that matches all the above. I can see that the YN565 EX II covers everything except the HSS and the YN568 EX covers everything except the External power socket. Can anyone tell me if I can satisfy the whole list. If not Yongnuo, does anyone know if I can get a third party flash that will do what I want please?

Thanks Jeff

Supposedly:
Phottix Mitros for Canon (listed in Clive's guide)
&
Meike MK600 E-TTL II (more or less confirmed here:)

but I'm not a user - so obviously seek user confirmation if possible.

based on your list of requirements: YN568 EX

All the other YN flashes have the port for a battery pack. I can't imagine the yn568ex doesn't, but I'm sure someone will come along and confirm. I don't actually own one.

Actually, that's the only difference between Canon's 580EX II and the YN568EX II. The 568 does not have an external power port. The only Yongnuo with all the listed requirements is the YN600 (I think). The YN622C will control it but it's not needed if using YNE3 RT on the camera.

The yongnuo 600ex-rt will meet all your needs..... Actually I'm not 100% on second curtain sync but I beleive it also has it.
