My dad really wants a restored version of this and I'm not sure where to start. Would love some help. Thanks so much in advance.

If you can find a good scanner, try scanning the image. A photo of a photo makes it really difficult to do anything substantial.

I agree, you really need to scan it.

Yup, flat bed scanner. Photoshop can fix the color shift pretty easily.


"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.
